Toxic Relationships<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

There are relationships that make you feel confused as a messy home …
<\/strong>It\u2019s something I usually face during the sessions. We work on reorganizing this mess and damaged thoughts and feelings.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We have to take an action towards the feeling of bitter resulting from a toxic relationship once we recognize it, and its effect on our life. We have to immediately end this tragedy!<\/span><\/p>

But in fact, many people trying to do so, but it\u2019s never easy!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

There are relationships that cannot be ended in a classic traditional way … But you can cease that person\u2019 effect on your life!\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

The effect on your emotions, being affected by him\/ her, and take the decision of putting limits in a clever and calm way!\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

We broke up some relationships while the other party in the relationship doesn\u2019t know … Ending a relationship means that a person is no longer occupying that much within you and is not draining your thoughts, concentration or feelings …\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

It starts by a decision; a decision to know my limits and how to protect them …. Once you\u2019re aware of your limits, nobody can conquer them or mess your life.<\/span><\/p>

Know your limits and blame nobody but yourself.<\/b><\/p>
