Warrior’s Rest…
Warrior’s Rest is a pause in the middle of a truculent battle
It’s the same thing we need every now and then, when we feel exhausted and easily affected by the people surrounding us! Criticism, stress, irony, underestimation, non-caring!!
It is not necessary to be any of the above, but we may feel alienated among people!
Then, a warrior’s rest must take place. It is like when you sit upright between Sajdah and the other. So, what warriors do while resting? Be yourself and enter your own cave, as our prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Abraham and Moses (Peace be upon them) did. Enter the Mihrab as once did the prophet Zechariah and Mary, the Blessed Virgin. Stop talking and recharge your energy directly from Allah…
If you can do it, you’ve done a great job, but if it is not easy; try to learn how to cease the flow of ideas in your head, learn the art of receiving, to heal yourself and recover your energy, to feel tranquility, confidence and be ready to receive divine messages that surround us all the time.
Messages having answers to all your questions…
Information on your postponed confusing decisions…
Solutions for each problem and the sufficient energy to solve…
Pray with humility and feel each movement in your prayers. ..
Meditate every day for 20- 30 minutes
Live the full moment up to the rim…
Approach Allah with full eagerness and say as once Prophet Moses have said
“and I hastened to You, my Lord, that You be pleased” Amira Dawoud
